Access and log data

We collect and process data in parti­cular when you use our website and related services, i.e. access the respective server on which the speci­fi­cally requested service is located (“server log files”).

How long do we keep data?

All data in Google Analytics Universal is stored for a maximum of 26 months. When using Google Analytics 4, the data is stored for a maximum of 14 months.

What rights do you have?

You have a right to infor­mation about the personal data we process about you (Art 15 DSGVO). You also have a right to correct incorrect or incom­plete data and — under certain condi­tions — a right to deletion (Art 16 ff DSGVO). In addition, you have a right to restriction of processing (Art 18 GDPR) as well as a right to data porta­bility with regard to those data that you have provided to us (Art 20 GDPR).

You also have the right to object on grounds relating to your parti­cular situation (Art 21 GDPR). Such an objection can be made in parti­cular against the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.

Furthermore, you have the right to revoke any consent given at any time with effect for the future.

Finally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent super­visory authority (Art 77 DSGVO). The competent super­visory authority for Austria is the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna.
